SATURDAY 16 JANUARY 2010

 This day school is a taster day to introduce students to the field of Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes. The day will consist of 1) practical exercises developing skills in creative writing and personal reflection and 2) discussion of how creative writing can be applied for therapeutic purposes with a range of others (e.g. in teaching situations, within particular communities etc.).

Whilst this course is not a qualification to practise, it offers an introduction to the field of Using Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes, with a particular look at the creative process.

Duration:   10:30 – 16:30 with an hour for lunch
